Barbara Dicola, a VA Hudson Valley Health Care System Public Affairs Program Assistant and a Beacon resident took third place in a national Veterans Health Administration photography competition. Her entry was a photograph of flowers and vegetables grown by Veterans in the Recovery Center Garden at the Montrose campus of the VA Hudson Valley. Ms. Dicola was presented her award by Gerald Culliton, Director, at a ceremony recently.
