Dr. Anne Sullivan, commissioner for the New York State Office of Mental Health, visited with the mental health staff of the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System June 3 at the Montrose, N.Y., campus. In her presentation, "Meeting the challenges of the Changing Health Care Environment: Transformation of the Mental Health System in New York State," she addressed about 25 people on the staff, including many staff members who phoned in from the Castle Point VA Hospital and other locations.
